Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing, registering for, or continuing to use NailVision AI (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

The Service is provided by Reset by Rekha Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

2. User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and be of legal age to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. Notify us immediately at support@nailvisionai.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Subscription plans

NailVision AI is offered on monthly subscription plans. Each plan grants access to a defined set of features and a monthly preview quota. Plan details and pricing are shown on our pricing page. We may add, change, or remove plan features from time to time on reasonable notice.

4. 5-day free trial

Eligible plans include a 5-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the then-current price displayed at checkout. You can cancel at any time during the trial from your account settings — cancelling before the trial ends means you will not be charged.

5. Billing and recurring payments

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly unless otherwise stated) at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Applicable taxes including VAT are calculated and collected where required.

6. Cancellation policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling during the free trial means you will not be charged. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• upload images of any person without their consent, or any content depicting minors inappropriately;
• generate or distribute deepfakes, hateful, sexual content involving real or apparent minors, harassment, or content infringing others' rights;
• infringe any intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• introduce malware, probe, scan, scrape, or interfere with the Service's security or integrity;
• attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent technical limits of the Service;
• resell or redistribute the Service or its outputs except as expressly permitted by your plan.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, including ensuring you have all necessary rights and consents.

8. Intellectual property

We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, models, documentation, and branding. Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your plan.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

9. AI-generated previews disclaimer

AI-generated previews are for visualization purposes only. Outputs may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or differences from how a real manicure would appear. They are not a guarantee of the final result and are not a substitute for professional consultation. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or sharing them with clients.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Termination of accounts

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay amounts due, pose a security or fraud risk, or commit repeated or serious policy violations. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription and closing your account. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
