Refund Policy

1. The 5-day free trial
Every eligible plan starts with a 5-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to begin the trial, but you will not be charged during the trial period. You can cancel at any time during the trial from your account settings and you will not be billed.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan at the price displayed at checkout. The 30-day refund window described below begins from that first paid charge.
2. Subscription billing terms
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis (unless otherwise stated) at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Applicable taxes including VAT are calculated and collected where required.
3. Cancellation process
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing our support team at support@nailvisionai.com.
Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling during the free trial means you will not be charged.
4. Refund eligibility — 30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first paid charge. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
5. After the refund window
After the 30-day window has passed, monthly subscription charges are non-refundable once a new billing cycle has begun, except where required by law. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of that paid period; we do not pro-rate partial months.
6. Non-refundable items
- White-label setup fees and custom onboarding fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- One-off professional services already delivered (such as bespoke integration work) are non-refundable.
7. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email our support team at support@nailvisionai.com with the email address used on your account and a brief note about your request. We aim to respond within one business day.
8. Exceptions
We may decline refund requests in cases of fraud, abuse of the refund policy (such as repeated refund requests after extensive use), or violations of our Terms of Service. These exceptions are applied on a case-by-case basis and do not override your statutory rights.
9. Statutory rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the right of withdrawal under UK and EU consumer law where it applies.
